Just looking for more information on this to ensure it doesn't happen again.Your deadline’s closing in, but you can’t overcome a glitch with your Adobe Photoshop or InDesign file, and the help files aren’t helping. Does anyone have any more insight on this situation or a similar situation? I do not want to use the live chat again to contact adobe but do not know how else to reach them. I did some more research and found an article saying the create cloud app was a virus in itself? I don't think thats true because I use it daily and have never had an issue until this. This is not normal, right? I tried to call adobe and there were no extensions that took me to the right place. ![]() I tried to let them know something was wrong and they ignored it and would not allow me to have control back, I had to literally fight for the mouse until I managed to click the end chat button. Immedietly after that I started to get fake notifications and pop ups that were definitely a virus. As soon as I downloaded the software and gave them control, they started to go to sketchy looking sites and download some weird software. The agent I spoke with asked if they could control my screen and I obliged (big mistake, definitely should have thought that through) because I assumed since it was directly through the creative cloud application it was legit. A few days ago my fonts were not syncing and troubleshooting wasn't working so I contacted Adobe through creative cloud on the live chat. ![]()
